FAQ

    • 1. Please check your network to see if it's connected.
    • 2. If your password contains special characters, please make sure to type in accurately. (Special characters may be typed differently depending on the language setting.)
    • 1. If you are using your Google account, please try “Login with Google account”.
    • 2. If your language setting is in Japanese, please check if your keyboard is in Narrow String.
    • 1. If you lost your password, click “Find password” on the login page and follow instructions.
    • 2. We are unable to give you the previous password, please reset your password.

    • 2. Please click “Settings” icon on the bottom left.
    • 3. Go to “Registration information” on the top of the Settings -> click “Change” button of the e-mail address box.
    • 4. Please follow the instructions and reset your e-mail address.

    • 3. Click the “Service” tab of the second menu in Settings -> Click the “Manage device” button on “Volume in use”.
    • 4. Please follow instructions and manage/change your device.
    • 1. STIICA currently offers 2 types of address book. (Google address book and STIICA address book)
    • 2. For Google address book, you can only sync and cancel sync. (Detailed management is impossible).
    • 3. For STIICA address book, you can manage your address book by going to “Settings” -> “Manage address book”.
    • 4. You are able to add, edit, or delete lists.
  • To increase your traffic volume, you have 2 options- paid service and free service.
    • 1. For free service, you can increase your traffic volume by inviting friends. It also increases your friends' volume too.
    • 2. For paid service, you can upgrade to Plus or Premium Plan to increase your traffic volume. (1GB per month for the Plus Plan, 10GB per month for the Premium Plan)
    • 1. First, please login to STIICA website.
    • 2. Please click “Settings” icon on the bottom left.
    • 3. Click the “Payment” tab on the top menu.
    • 4. From the billing history, “Receipt” button is activated on “Billing history and receipt” box.
    • 5. Check your billing history and click the receipt that you want to view.
    • 1. You can also use STIICA in daily life routine such as diary, memo or schedule.
    • 2. Try STIICA on files that need frequent editing as mentioned above.
    • 3. You no longer have to open each file to check it's latest version.
    • 4. The more you use it, the easier SITICA gets. We highly recommend to personal users as well.
    • 1. To collaborate with teammates, the first editor must attach STIICA on the file to share with others.
    • 2. After it's first step, teammates can freely upload, download and edit the files.
    • 1. Starting managing your confidential files by attaching STIICA's "encrypt" function.
    • 2. Create folders on the website and manage your files by classifying by categories.
    • 3. After editing a file, the editor must upload with a summary of what was changed.
    • 4. When a pop-up appears with a message like “The shared file has been uploaded by a user”, you must download the most recent file.
    • 5. For members not shared with STIICA files, use “Point File” function to share the file with a short message
    • Try sending a file to a partner using STIICA's “Point file” function.
      • 1. If the receiver has the file already, the folder where the file has been downloaded will be opened.
      • 2. If the receiver doesn't have the file, the file will be sent via e-mail.
